Been without my car for 2 weeks due to the Christmas holidays. I had so many people look at my car and turn me away or give me a huge wait. these guys are absolutely amazing, I got in contact during the Christmas period, got back to me a day after they opened, arranged to look at my car and turned up and said I can do it for you now, what a relief! you’ve made me a very happy lady and will be singing your praises, very polite service, swift and professional! Simply brilliant service from these guys, who really went above and beyond. Had phoned others about the issue but it was Hearn Bay that immediately said they could resolve and then spent a considerable amount of time fixing perfectly. Just amazing work!

I contacted the company as my car wouldn't start (a mechanic already ruled out a fuel or battery issue) - Tom called me back in the evening and troubleshooted, and within about 30 seconds worked out it was due to me not transferring a tiny chip when I replaced the key casing recently. He quickly guided me through transferring the chip, on WhatsApp, and 30 seconds later my car was starting again. He didn't charge me for his expertise - I've got the company bookmarked for any work in the future though; they clearly know their stuff. Thanks so much, once more.

I am so impressed with this company. I called them at lunch time today. They were here by 3.00 and sorted out the problem with my back door straight away at a very reasonable price. Would recommend them to everyone

Having tried many companies just before Christmas to come out and fix my non starting van i was told to try Herne Bay locks. The ignition switch had worn out,they ordered in the new parts and contacted me immediately to say they had come in and would be with me within the hour. They replaced the switch and barrel,coded the new keys in no time at all. They then spent another two and a half hours trying to locate another problem i had.They didn’t charge extra for this and were correct in their diagnosis. I was in Rochester which is not exactly local for these guys and i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. In my opinion Herne Bay locks are the most helpful and professional company i have dealt with, they done all they could to get me on the road again, i live in France and i needed to get home. A big thank you guys.
